YXKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 355-1000) has reasonable structure and advanced technology. The basic installation method of the motor is the horizontal base angle (IMB3), and the working system is the continuous working system (S1).
The motor adopts box structure. The frame is welded with steel plates, light in weight and good in rigidity. The closed air/air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is easy to disassemble and facilitate the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts an external pressure fit structure, and the stator winding adopts F-class insulating material, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and grounding withstand voltage tests, and has adopted foreign advanced vacuum pressure.
